Assets of Bigley kidnap group frozen

The Bank of England has frozen the assets of the Jama'at Al-Tawhid Wa'al-Jihad (JTJ) terrorist group which admitted involvement in the kidnap and murder of Ken Bigley, Chancellor Gordon Brown told the Commons.
