Russian ministers targeted in bomb attack

A powerful explosion outside Moscow today damaged an armoured car carrying two officers of the Interior Ministry of the restive Dagestan region, but no one was injured.

The explosion went off about 4am (00.00 Irish time) near the village of Trubacheyvka in the Odintsovsky district, west of Moscow, according to the press office of the district police, which said it had no further details.
