Connolly's British hostage 'joke' sparks anger
Comic Billy Connolly’s decision to joke about the plight of Kenneth Bigley during a stand-up routine prompted a curt response from the British hostage’s brother today.
The Scottish comic made remarks about Mr Bigley’s Thai wife and about his situation as a hostage while on stage at the Carling Apollo, Hammersmith.
