A photograph of former White House intern Monica Lewinsky’s stained blue dress has appeared on another of the perfectly legal stamps.

The examples were created using a new service which allows people to customise their own US postage stamps using digital photographs.

Attempts to put a picture of JFK’s assassin Lee Harvey Oswald were stopped by postal officials, according to website thesmokinggun.com.
