A Russian military helicopter crashed on a flight out of Chechnya, killing two of the three crew members on board.

The Mi-8 helicopter was found today after disappearing during a flight from the Chechen capital, Grozny, to the city of Magas in the neighbouring Russian region of Ingushetia.

The third crew member was injured, said military officials.

The helicopter dropped off radar screens about 30 minutes after taking off last night

Investigators believe bad weather was the most probable cause of the crash.
