Bombs blast Pakistan gas pipeline and railway

A powerful bomb ripped open a gas pipeline in eastern Pakistan, disrupting gas supplies, police said. No injuries were reported.

It wasn’t immediately clear who was behind the blast late yesterday at Kala Shah Kaku, an industrial town about 155 miles south-east of the capital, Islamabad, and police official Mohammed Bashir said officers were still investigating. He gave no other details.
