Man United youths' dangerous driving case adjourned

The case of two young Manchester United players due in court on dangerous driving charges was adjourned today.

Mads Timm, 19, of The Firs, Altrincham, Cheshire, and Callum Flanagan, 18, of Ludgate Hill, Manchester, were summonsed to appear before Trafford Magistrates’ Court in Greater Manchester to hear the charges against them.

It followed a crash that left team-mate Phil Marsh injured.

The case was adjourned until August 19 after solicitors for the teenagers made submissions in their absence.
