Thieves steal Botham's €100,000 jewellery
Thieves have stolen jewellery worth more than €100,000 from the luxury home of England cricket legend Ian Botham, it was reported today.
The valuables were taken during a party at his mansion in the village of Ravensworth, North Yorkshire, according to The Sun newspaper.
North Yorkshire Police confirmed officers were investigating a “high-value” theft between July 23 and July 24 from a property in Ravensworth but declined to comment on whether it was from the home of the England hero.
