A light aircraft carrying three tourists crashed in southern Turkey today. There was no word on casualties.

The Cessna 172, owned by a Turkish company, was carrying tourists flying from Dalaman airport to Marmaris, a nearby Mediterranean resort. It crashed 15 minutes into the flight.

The nationalities of those on board were not immediately available.
