Second bus stop blast in Russia
An explosion hit a bus stop in the Russian city of Voronezh this morning, wounding two people one week after a blast at a bus stop in the city killed one person, a local security official said.
A duty officer at the Federal Security Service office in the city said the blast took place at 8.20am (1.20am Irish time), but he did not have further details.
On July 19, a bomb with the explosive equivalent of one kilogram of TNT went off in a waste container near a bus stop in the city 300 miles south of Moscow.
