US marine now in US Embassy in Beirut

A Lebanese-born US marine is now at the US Embassy in Beirut, the Pentagon has confirmed.

Marine Corporal Wassef Ali Hassoun went missing in Iraq more than two weeks ago.

There have since been several contradictory reports about his fate.
