One of Saudi Arabia’s most-wanted militants turned himself in to authorities in southern Saudi Arabia, a security official said today.

Othman Hadi Al Maqboul al-Amri, 21st on the list of 26 issued by the Interior Ministry in December, surrendered in the area of Halba bani Amr, 744 miles southwest of the capital Riyadh. Al-Amri was later taken to the Red Sea port city of Jiddah for investigations, the official said.
