Bill Clinton slept on the sofa for two months after admitting his affair with intern Monica Lewinsky, he reveals in his autobiography.

In the memoir, published on Monday, Mr Clinton tells how his wife Hillary looked like she had been punched when he confessed to his adulterous ways.
