Singapore launch radical anti-smoking plan
The Singapore government hopes plastering packs of cigarettes with colour pictures of dying babies and bleeding brains will help smokers to kick the habit.
From August, all packs sold in the city-state must carry one of six images that will cover at least half of the surface.
In addition to the image of a tiny baby on a respirator and a blood-soaked brain, smokers could face a close-up of a cancerous lung or family members sitting in a fog of smoke.
