Israel’s cabinet today approved a withdrawal from the Gaza Strip in principle, but put off a vote on the dismantling of Israeli settlements.

Israel’s cabinet today approved a withdrawal from the Gaza Strip in principle, but put off a vote on the dismantling of Israeli settlements.

Ministers voted 14-7 in favour.
