Britain's Commons Speaker Michael Martin told MPs today that only his personal guests would be allowed access to the public galleries in front of a special security screen.

The move follows the incident at British Prime Minister’s question time last Wednesday when Prime Minister Tony Blair was hit by a purple flour bomb thrown from the galleries.
