Sixteen injured in Dutch train crash

Sixteen people were injured today when a passenger train collided with an empty train outside Amsterdam central station, Dutch rail operator Prorail said.

Spokesman Nico Feller said that two people were seriously injured and one was in critical condition. He denied earlier reports that there were fatalities in the crash.
