Grenade attack kills four in Colombia

A grenade exploded in a small plaza in Colombia’s second-largest city, killing at least four people and injuring 15, police said.

The attack was in the San Ignacio plaza near the University of Antioquia in Medellin, 155 miles northwest of Bogota.
