Man charged over stolen Carr documents

A 33-year-old man was tonight charged with the theft of papers detailing Maxine Carr’s release from a British Home Office civil servant’s car, Scotland Yard said.

Unemployed Darren Jacobs, of no fixed abode, will remain in custody at a north London police station until his appearance at Highbury Magistrates Court, London, on Monday.
