Man held over theft of Carr documents

A 20-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the theft of papers from a Home Office civil servant’s car detailing Maxine Carr’s release, Scotland Yard said.

The highly-sensitive documents were stolen on Tuesday and were discovered dumped on Hampstead Heath in north London four hours later.
