Kerry weighs into Bush administration over Iraq

US presidential candidate John Kerry has said that a shake-up is needed to end the Bush administration’s mistakes and incompetence over the war in Iraq.

Mr Kerry’s criticisms yesterday sparked more Republican complaints that the Democrat is making the war a political issue.
