Israel kills two Hamas members in gun battle

Israeli troops killed two Hamas fugitives and seriously wounded a third in a gun battle in a West Bank refugee camp today.

The firefight erupted after troops raided the Tulkarem refugee camp in the northern West Bank with jeeps and armoured personnel carriers, and conducted house-to-house searches.
