Ministers pledge EU constitution deal by June

EU foreign ministers agreed today to resume negotiations next month for Europe’s first-ever constitution and pledged to conclude them by mid-June.

Foreign Minister Brian Cowen presented a tight agenda to 25 current and soon-to-be EU government minister meeting in Luxembourg.
