Vanunu released after 18 years

Mordechai Vanunu, a hero to anti-nuclear crusaders, was released from prison today after serving 18 years for spilling Israel’s nuclear secrets.

Flashing victory signs, Vanunu waved as he walked into the courtyard of the Shikma Prison in Ashkelon.
