Algeria’s President Abdelaziz Bouteflika was re-elected to a second term of office in a landslide victory, the Interior Ministry announced.

Algeria’s President Abdelaziz Bouteflika was re-elected to a second term of office in a landslide victory, the Interior Ministry announced.

Bouteflika, 67, won the balloting with 83% of the vote, said Interior Minister Nourredine Zerhouni.
