Carr transferred to different jail

Maxine Carr has been transferred from Holloway prison to a jail closer to her home in Grimsby, prison sources confirmed today.

The former girlfriend of Soham killer Ian Huntley is now at Foston Hall women’s jail between Uttoxeter and Derby.

Former primary school assistant Carr, aged 27, is currently serving a three year jail sentence for conspiring with Huntley to pervert the course of justice over the murders of 10-year-olds Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman.
