Nine police trainees killed in Iraq ambush

Nine police trainees died when gunmen opened fire on the minibus they were travelling in south of Baghdad today.

The attack occurred on a road between Musayeb and Hillah when a car pulled in front of the minibus and assailants sprayed the bus with small arms fire, police said.
