Explosions rock Gaza

A series of explosions was heard in the northern part of Gaza City today. Smoke was seen rising from a neighbourhood near a refugee camp.

The explosions came just hours after Israel’s Security Cabinet decided to step up attacks against Hamas militants following a double suicide bombing at an Israeli seaport on Sunday, carried out by two Gaza teenagers.
