Passengers die as US ferry capsizes

Four people are believed to have died when a water taxi with 25 people aboard capsized in the US city of Baltimore’s Inner Harbour after a violent gust of wind struck the boat.

Passengers frantically clung to the overturned vessel in freezing waters after winds gusting up to 50 mph flipped the boat over yesterday.
