'Iraq war was illegal' - Blix

Former chief UN weapons inspector Hans Blix has claimed that the Iraq war was illegal.

In an interview with The Independent today, Mr Blix said a second UN resolution, explicitly authorising the use of force, should have been adopted to justify the conflict.
