A man who exposed flaws in security at Australia’s federal parliament by leaping into its debating chamber in Canberra was charged today with offensive behaviour and resisting a police officer.

A man who exposed flaws in security at Australia’s federal parliament by leaping into its debating chamber in Canberra was charged today with offensive behaviour and resisting a police officer.

Prosecutors told Australian Capital Territory Magistrates Court that Michael Sidney James, 32, travelled from Victoria state to Canberra to protest against the US government.
