Al Qaida seeks to ignite Iraqis against US

Al Qaida wants to provoke a religious war in Iraq to further destabilise the conflict-ridden country, according to a captured document reported today.

The terror group’s leaders plan to drag Iraq’s Shiite majority into war with the minority Sunnis, to radicalise the Sunni clan.
