Passenger plane plunges into sea off Lagos

A passenger plane plunged into the Atlantic Ocean off Nigeria’s commercial capital, Lagos, today.

An airport official and witnesses said there was no sign of any survivors, victims or wreckage from the twin engine plane, which was believed to be a 20 to 30 seater.
