A fresh inquiry is to be held into intelligence on Saddam Hussein’s supposed arsenals of weapons of mass destruction, it was claimed today.

The Times in England reported that the head of MI6, Sir Richard Dearlove, is to appear before the Intelligence and Security Committee, made up of senior MPs and peers and chaired by former Cabinet minister Ann Taylor.
