Israel and Hezbollah agree prisoner exchange

Israel and Hezbollah have agreed to a two-stage prisoner exchange, it was announced today.

Under the agreement, the Lebanese militant group promised to obtain information on Israel’s most famous missing-in-action serviceman and Israel undertook to release Lebanon’s longest-held prisoner, Samir Kantar, within three months.
