Israeli wounded in West Bank shooting

An Israeli civilian was seriously wounded today in a shooting in the West Bank, military officials said.

The incident took place near the Jewish settlement of Neve Tsuf, north of the Palestinian city of Ramallah. The victim, a 40-year-old man, was taken to a hospital outside Tel Aviv for treatment.
