Man arrested over policeman's murder

A man has been arrested in connection with the murder of Pc Ian Broadhurst and the attempted murder of two of his colleagues, British police said today.

West Yorkshire Police said the man, in his late 30s, was arrested in the north east of England following a tip-off from a member of the public.
