Italy transport strikes continue

Despite a contract deal, Italian transport workers kept up a series of strikes today, bringing buses, trams and trains to a stop in several major cities.

After weeks of work action, a deal was reached on Saturday between unions and the government. But many workers were unhappy with the terms.
