Nobel peace prize winner jeered in Iran

Hard-liners prevented Nobel Peace Prize winner Shirin Ebadi from making a speech at a women’s university in Tehran today.

“Shame on you! Hypocrite!” chanted about 60 women who barred Ebadi’s way as she approached the venue at Al-Zahra University in the Iranian capital.
