Surf rage – battles over the best swells – have become so bad that The Surfrider Foundation Australia is taking legal advice, warning wave riders that police may soon begin patrolling the ocean, and posting a code of ethics around beaches to educate surfers on etiquette, The Daily Telegraph reported.
