Narcotics police captured 507 kilograms of heroin in Turkey’s largest seizure of the drug, a Turkish governor said on Saturday.

Police followed suspected drugs’ smugglers for about five months, searched a vehicle in Istanbul on November 5, and seized 505kgs of heroin stashed in secret compartments, said Gov. Muammer Guler of Istanbul.
