Diana 'never wanted divorce'

Diana, Princess of Wales, wrote on the day of her final split from Charles that she “never wanted a divorce“, it was reported today.

In a handwritten note to her then butler Paul Burrell, the Princess was reported to have said: “A part of me will always love Charles.”
