Second victim of high school shooting dies

A 14-year-old boy said to have been shot in the forehead by a fellow high school pupil has died, Minnesota hospital officials said today.

Seth Bartell is the second victim of the September 24 shooting at Rocori High School in Cold Spring, a small town about 60 miles north west of the Twin Cities.
