Two children die in horror attack

A four-year-old boy was beaten to death and a toddler disemboweled in two weekend acts of horror that have stunned residents of Strasbourg.

The mother of four-year-old Dylan and her companion were placed under investigation – a step short of being charged – for murder with acts of torture and barbarity, judicial officials said.
