UK police today refused to discuss claims made a by football party fixer that he witnessed what happened on the night a 17-year-old girl said she was gang raped by soccer players.

Nicholas Meikle, who claims to socialise with several famous Premiership players, gave the News of the World a detailed testimony of the night of the alleged assault.
