US soldier killed in Baghdad attack

A 4th Infantry Division soldier was killed and one was wounded in an attack in south-east Baghdad, the US military reported today.

The patrol was hit with small arms fire and a rocket-propelled grenade in the As Sadiyah region at about 11.45pm on Friday.
