Straw and EU foreign ministers to outlaw Hamas

British Foreign Secretary, Jack Straw, says the EU has reached a broad consensus to outlaw the political wing of Hamas.

Straw is in Italy with fellow European foreign ministers to discuss blacklisting Hamas as a terrorist group and to examine the crisis facing the Palestinian Authority.
