A burglar who is attempting to sue farmer Tony Martin for loss of earnings was back in custody today after allegedly breaching the terms of his release from prison.

Brendon Fearon, 33, of Newark, Nottinghamshire, appeared before the town’s magistrates today accused of stealing a Toyota Landcruiser on August 24.
