Kelly inquiry hears from drug expert

The toxicologist who examined David Kelly after his apparent suicide began his evidence to the Hutton Inquiry today.

Alexander Allan was expected to tell Lord Hutton about traces of the drug Co-proxamol found in the weapons expert’s blood.
