Blair tells of 'quandry' over Iraq dossier source

Tony Blair today told of his concern that the British government “handle by the book” the emergence of a possible source for a controversial report on its Iraqi weapons dossier.

Giving evidence to the Hutton inquiry into the apparent suicide of government weapons expert Dr David Kelly, Mr Blair insisted that after the scientist came forward, he and his government had acted in a responsible way.
